KLIMT - interactive software for data analysis

KLIMT has been delevoped to allow interactive graphical analysis of trees. KLIMT is still work in progess. Its key features are:

• visualization of trees (different views)
• reordering of tree nodes, rotation
• context sensitive queries
• pruning
• plots (histograms, barcharts, scatterplots, boxplots, fluctuation diagrams, weighted plots,...)
• linked highlighting
• interfacte to R/S/S-plus
• support for forests
